Blossom End Rot
To rot or not to rot is the question! LOL really though, every single one of my yellow squash have succumbed to blossom end rot it seems. I Google'd the predicament and read that the plant needs to increase the calcium intake. Quite a few solutions were either to use crushed up egg shells that had sat in water for an extended period of time or Epsom salt. I used the egg shells method and the squash are still exhibiting the rot problem. Soooooo...any ideas and/or solutions as to how I can alleviate the issue??? I would love to taste at least one squash this year ;)
